Our Story

KOVE Integrative Wellness & Aesthetics was built around a gap in modern healthcare: everything is designed to treat symptoms of an illness, and very little is designed to prevent it, or restore it.

Too often, wellness and aesthetic care are reactive, addressing problems only after they've begun to affect our quality of life. KOVE was created to close that gap: a centralized, trustworthy space for evidence-based cellular therapy, metabolic health, and regenerative aesthetics, in an industry split between pricey quick fixes and unreliable, unregulated sources.

Our name is a play on 'cove,' a natural harbor, a place of shelter. That's the feeling we wanted KOVE to have: a place to feel better and understand your health, not just treat a symptom. Where a hospital treats illness, KOVE helps prevent it, supporting the body's own ability to heal through healthy lifestyle habits and evidence-based integrative and regenerative treatments woven into our everyday life.

Our aesthetic services follow that same philosophy. Where our wellness programs focus on prevention and optimization, our aesthetic treatments focus on restoration, aesthetics, peptides and metabolic therapies help the body return to its own natural state of balance. Every treatment at KOVE is meant to support the body, not alter it.

KOVE is intentionally boutique. These are meaningful, often significant investments in your health, and your experience here should feel like it: unhurried, personal, and elevated.

Kayla, BSN, RN, CPN, is the founder of KOVE Integrative Wellness & Aesthetics.

With seven years of nursing experience, Kayla began her career in pediatric trauma critical care before moving into peri-operative nursing, caring for patients before and after surgery and guiding them through recovery, prevention, and long-term health education. Across both roles, one pattern kept surfacing: a healthcare system built to respond to disease, with almost no infrastructure for preventing or restoring it.

That gap was impossible to ignore in pediatrics, where she watched more and more teenagers diagnosed with chronic illnesses such as type 2 diabetes, conditions closely tied to nutrition and movement, and largely preventable with earlier education and support. It's a gap her academic background was already pointing her toward: alongside her BSN, Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she also competed as a Division I athlete, giving her a firsthand understanding of movement and performance.

Her own health journey brought the mission into sharper focus. Navigating a chronic inflammatory disease diagnosed in her 20s led her to peptide therapy, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and integrative wellness tools, and to a firsthand understanding of how difficult it can be to find science-backed protocols and trustworthy sources in this space. That experience shaped Kove's commitment to evidence-based, thoughtfully sourced treatments.

Kayla is a Central Texas native, raised on a farm with cattle, horses, and chickens. Outside of Kove, she can be found weightlifting with her husband, in a Pilates class, trail riding, gardening, or spending time with her two huskies. That upbringing, close to the land and wide open space, still shapes how she thinks about health: rooted, natural, and unhurried. It's the same spirit she's built into Kove.

What Sets Us Apart

Look at the whole person.

We believe good care starts with listening.

Before recommending an aesthetic treatment or wellness program, we want to understand what brought you here, what you've tried, what concerns you and what you ultimately hope to achieve.

That allows us to make recommendations with purpose.

Not because something is popular.

Not because everyone else is doing it.

Because it makes sense for you.

Wellness with direction.

Wellness can quickly become overwhelming.

Trends change. Information conflicts. And it can be difficult to know what your body actually needs.

KOVE takes a more personal approach through provider-guided wellness services including Medical Weight Loss, Peptide Therapy and Laboratory Testing.

Rather than starting with a product or treatment, we start with a conversation about you.

Aesthetics with restraint.

Our aesthetic philosophy is centered on balance, proportion and results that look natural.

The goal isn't to make you look like someone else.

It's to help you look like yourself—rested, refreshed and confident.

Every aesthetic journey begins with an in-person consultation so your provider can evaluate your anatomy, skin and goals before recommending treatment.

The luxury is time.

Luxury care isn't simply about the environment.

It's having enough time to be heard.

Enough time to ask questions.

Enough time to understand your options.

And enough attention to know that your plan wasn't created for everyone—it was created specifically for you.

That is the KOVE experience.
